The order on my phone said shipped and it didn't arrive..I was getting worried and I contacted the seller for more information. I received a quick. gracious response from the seller explaining the specific information of how it was shipped. when. and he assured me it would arrive in a week. I received it later that day. and I could not be happier with the product. It is AMAZING. light weight. beautiful design. and the gems can be compared to Swarovski crystals!! I would not have found this quality in the U.S. I will definitely buy from this seller again because of the kind. quick response to my concern and great customer service!!
