i am satistied with my product. it took 5 days to ship to my house & i was so excited when i opened up the package! it looks great on a phone & off! it's so pretty & worth the amount of money i spent. however. one of the gems immediately fell off. but. they placed a few extra gems into the bag so i can replace it.
